Goal: Provide 1 year of Wellness Programs aimed to help first responders mitigate job related stress and health issues at no cost. These programs include personalization to improve mental and physical health outcomes while collecting data to help future generations of first responders.

• Functional blood testing: Blood counts, Metabolic health, Inflammation markers, Hormonal Health
• 45 minute consult including personalized lifestyle protocols and supplement recommendations (in person or virtual)
• Repeat lab testing and protocol adjustment (quarterly for the first year)
• Practical education to keep you strong—supported by annual check-ins

First responders face an increased risk for cancers, heart disease, hormonal and metabolic imbalance, musculoskeletal injuries, and mental health challenges. For years, unions and equipment developers have been working to screen for disease before it becomes problematic, but no one is working to proactively Find, Reverse, AND Prevent health problems. It's time to Stop Reacting and Start Preventing.

The annual package includes quarterly lab testing and protocol adjustments, costing $400 each. Our initial goal is to provide this free of cost to 50 local first responders at a cost of $1,600.00 each. RPG Health is committed to funding the first $400 for each first responder.
