Not anymore! We're going to address your WHOLE HEALTH and offer add-on options to help boost your success.
What's included:
- Food logging (software and daily review by your coach)
- Supplements (probiotic, multivitamin, and adrenal support if necessary)
- Support: You will be assigned a wellness coach who will review your food, mood, and activity log daily AND be available to you by message or phone, along with the option to schedule once weekly in-person or virtual check-in visits. This means accountability AND help along the way.
Been wondering about personal training, weight loss medications, testing to help personalize your journey, meal plans/recipes?! We offer all of the above as ADD-ONS to our basic package to help bring you where you want to go!
Your initial appointment is just $30 and includes a meeting with our NP to help determine the best program and add on services to meet your needs!
The basic package is just $175 a month, but you get a discount when you book 3 or 6 months at a time!
